Wine Literacy Class
Overview
Fun fact! In my free time, my husband (a sommelier) and I teach wine literacy classes to up and coming MBA students at the College of Charleston. (well, he teaches, I enjoy the wine and design the class assets 😂) Above are some sample pages from the class booklet and the placemat that is given to each student before class begins.
Approach
This zine-esque class booklet was a nod to the grassroots nature of our side gig. The placemat features three spots for each blind tasting wine, as well as some helpful tips and a spot for any tasting notes the might students come across. Is that candied apple I smell? Yum!
Additionally, a simple black print on colorful paper was a great way to keep things cost-effective for us while not sacrificing a pop of color.
